Understanding Access Bars:
You arrive and are welcomed into a calm, quiet space, then invited to lie down fully clothed on a massage table or recliner. The practitioner helps you relax and ground your energy so your body can receive with ease.
You briefly share what you would like from the session, such as stress relief, better sleep, or emotional release. After this, you are encouraged to close your eyes, let go of expectations, and simply relax while the session begins.
The practitioner gently touches the 32 Bars points on your head, holding different points for a few minutes at a time to release stored thoughts, emotions, and limitations. Most people feel deeply relaxed, sometimes drifting into a meditative or sleep-like state as brain waves slow down and the body unwinds.
