Job coaching is a goal‑oriented process where a coach supports clients with career decisions, CV or LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, and creating a clear roadmap for their next role or promotion. The coach asks powerful questions, shares tools, and helps translate big‑picture aspirations into concrete career actions while staying neutral and non‑judgmental.

Job coaching can increase self‑awareness of strengths, skills, and interests, helping clients choose roles and paths that fit them better. It also improves confidence, job‑search strategy, networking, and performance in interviews, often speeding up transitions and reducing career stress or burnout.

Anyone at any stage of their career can benefit, including recent graduates, career switchers, mid‑career professionals feeling stuck, and leaders stepping into new responsibilities. Employees inside organizations also use coaching to explore internal moves, prepare for promotions, and develop leadership or communication skills.

In a typical session, coach and client review current work challenges, clarify a specific career or job‑search goal, and work on practical tasks such as CV review, mock interview practice, or mapping next career steps. Sessions usually end with a concrete action plan (applications to send, people to contact, skills to build) and clear accountability for what will be done before the next meeting.

Choose your preferred date and time, complete the basic details, and confirm your booking online. Session access and further instructions will be shared with you by email or WhatsApp after confirmation.
