Kanika is an Organizational Psychologist, with 18 years of experience working with Corporates and Leaders enabling them to realize their potential through self discovery. In her personal journey, Kanika had spiritual encounters through Reiki, Chakra Healing and Shamanism. She uses an intuitive and mindful approach to guide the clients in the process. Kanika is also a Mindfulness Coach and performs work involving Mind-Body connection.
Kanika practices a relational approach that means to co-create the space with the client in the 'Here and Now' and work towards an integrated self. She has Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours from International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified user of the Enneagram Tool. She is almost at the completion of her training as Systemic Coach and Psychodrama Practitioner from Berlin, Germany.

Images, sensations, emotions, or insights may arise. These are not random - they are the subconscious showing what needs healing.
The practitioner helps release what no longer serves (fear, grief, trauma, old patterns) and guides the system back into balance, leaving the client feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
