These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation, listing, onboarding, and engagement of Experts on the JoyVibe platform.

1. Nature of Relationship

JoyVibe is a facilitation platform and not an employer. Experts act as independent professionals.

2. Eligibility & Declarations

Experts confirm qualifications, ethical practice, and accuracy of information provided.

3. Subscription Fee & Commission

One-time profile creation: INR 499/-

Annual Registration Fee: ₹4,200

Commission: 30% on JoyVibe-generated bookings only

Any offer, discount, or promotional pricing is entirely at JoyVibe’s sole discretion, is time-bound, non-transferable, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without creating any entitlement or precedent.

4. Pricing Parity

Experts must maintain the same pricing across platforms.

5. Payments & Payouts

Payments collected by JoyVibe. Payouts released on or before the 5th of each month.

Experts are responsible for all taxes and statutory compliance.

6. Platform Integrity

Experts may not divert clients or accept off-platform payments.

7. Professional Conduct

No guaranteed outcomes. Confidentiality and ethical conduct are mandatory.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content created with JoyVibe may be used, edited, repurposed, monetised, and published by JoyVibe worldwide, perpetually and royalty-free.

Experts waive any present or future right to object to such use, even after exit.

9. Session Standards

Experts must follow JoyVibe quality and branding guidelines.

10. Cancellations & Reliability

Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension or removal.

11. Liability & Indemnity

Experts indemnify JoyVibe against claims arising from their services.

12. Suspension & Termination

JoyVibe may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations.

13. Legal Disclaimer

Services are complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

Courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Updates & Modifications to Terms

JoyVibe reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or replace these Terms from time to time. Any material changes shall be communicated to Experts through the platform, email, or other reasonable means. Continued participation on the JoyVibe platform after such communication shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Electronic Acceptance & E‑Sign Consent

By clicking “I Agree”, submitting forms, or onboarding electronically, the Expert provides valid consent under the IT Act, 2000.

Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a physical signature.

JoyVibe may store digital acceptance records as conclusive proof.

The Expert acknowledges that these Terms are subject to updates from time to time and agrees to be bound by the latest version as communicated by JoyVibe.
